Once you sign up with us, we give you access to our calendar where you will be able to select the date and time of your booking. No need to call us.
What happens if the room I want is already booked?
When you register with us and we give you access to our calendar, we give you access to several counselling rooms and also to our boardroom. You can rest assured that we will always have a counselling room available for you.
Can I rent the counselling room after hours?
We can provide you with after-hours access. Please contact us directly to provide you access.
What happens when my patient arrives?
Your patient will be invited to take a sit at our reception where they will wait for you to take them to your assigned counselling room.
Will my patients know that I am renting by the hour?
Your clients will not be able to tell that you are renting by the hour. All of our counselling rooms are professionally decorated.
Can I receive mail and have my name in the building directory?
Yes, you can have your name in the building directory and receive mail. Just register for our Virtual Office
